When your credit card payment is accepted by Paypal, we will send an order confirmation to you by email. Paypal will also send a transaction confirmation for your record. Upon confirmation, no orders can be cancelled.
Depending on the item(s), processing time will take 6-10 business days. Following processing, there are two shipping methods available: Standard shipping and Expedited shipping. Purchases sent via Standard shipping will take 8-15 days. Purchases sent via Expedited shipping will take 3-5 days. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
• We use international carriers such as DHL, Fedex and EMS for delivery. Because of their restrictions, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
• If nobody is available to sign for the delivery when it arrives at the agreed delivery address, the carrier will leave a calling card giving the number to call to arrange a re-delivery.
Shipping charges vary according to the destination and delivery service selected. At the shopping cart, you will be asked to select the country of delivery and the delivery service. The final shipping costs will be shown before you proceed to payment.
